The items offered on this website are a selection of products from the Women's Fashion collection with quality requirements and guarantee that the products put on sale in the LILCOLLECTION store.

*LILCOLLECTION has made an effort to show the colors of the garments as close to reality as possible. However, the color of the garments that appear on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. In this sense, LILCOLLECTION cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on your monitor are a faithful match to reality.

Likewise, LILCOLLECTION makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on the website is complete, true and correct. If there is an error in any information, LILCOLLECTION will proceed to correct it immediately.

2.3. Purchasing procedure 

Items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.

The shopping bag will contain the selected article, its name, size, chosen color, and price (taxes included). The price expressed does not contain the transport, whose rates will vary depending on the shipping method and weight selected. 

In order to make the purchase, the user's personal data will be required, which will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and facilitate further purchases through the Website. The personal data provided by users will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The user will be able to access, at all times, to the personal data provided and to the information of the orders placed. LILCOLLECTION reminds users that personal data must be indicated with complete accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents in the delivery of the item(s) purchased. Furthermore, in the event of being expressly requested by the user, he/she will receive by mail and/or sms information and publications relating to LILCOLLECTION.

Once the purchase order has been completed, and before confirming it, the user will be presented with a summary of the order identifying the article purchased, its total price (transport and taxes included) with each of the items broken down, and the order's shipping details, so that the user can confirm it by clicking on the button with the expression 'Confirm payment'.

Purchases can be paid by credit or debit card and PayPal. No other forms of payment will be accepted other than those specifically provided for in these conditions of sale. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the corresponding payment gateway, once it has been verified that the data provided by the user is correct.

All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If at the time of issuing the order we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the products included in it, LILCOLLECTION will try to locate the garment. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the item collected and not sent will be paid within 15 days to the customer, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.

2.5. Right to not accept an order

LILCOLLECTION may cancel any order or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:

In the event of a technical error and / or a typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the data of the products contained in the website when the order was placed.

Due to lack of availability as described in point 3.4.

When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.

3. Price and payment

3.1. Payment and currency

The prices on this Website are shown in Euros.

3.2. Value added tax

In accordance with the Law of Value Added Tax, LILCOLLECTION is obliged to pass this tax on, at the rate in force at all times, to all products delivered in Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

3.3. Payment methods 

LILCOLLECTION will only accept payments made through credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) and PayPal.

In the event that the payment method chosen by the user is a credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the corresponding payment gateway, once it has been verified that the data communicated they are right.

4. Delivery

The shipment of the articles purchased in lilcollection.com will be made through a courier company or Post Office and will be delivered in a period of approximately 3 to 5 working days *.

* During exceptional periods the delivery time may be affected.

5. Exchanges and returns

5.1. Conditions of exchanges and/or returns

If the customer is not satisfied once the purchase is received, LILCOLLECTION allows you to change the size of the item purchased or return it, within a period of FIFTEEN DAYS (15), from the date of receipt, as long as the garment has not been used or damaged. Thus, LILCOLLECTION cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear items have a protection device that prevents them from being tested or worn. It is not allowed to return these types of items.

The change of a model for a different one will not be accepted, only the size can be changed. To exchange one item for another, you must proceed to return it and make a new purchase.

Any return of the purchased items must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or delivery invoice.

In case of wanting to make a claim, there are sheets available to the consumer at the LILCOLLECTION store (Carrer Sant Tomás, 4, 17800 Olot).

5.2. Changes and/or returns in store

The items purchased through this Website are part of the collection of items that will be for sale in the physical establishments of the LILCOLLECTION. For this reason, LILCOLLECTION offers the possibility of making, depending on the stock in the store, size changes of the same item or returns.

5.3. Changes and/or returns by mail

The change of size or the return of the products purchased can be made by ordinary mail, to the following address: Carrer Sant Tomás, 4, 17800 Olot, Girona, Spain.

The shipping costs of the products that are to be exchanged or returned by mail will be paid by the customer and in no case will LILCOLLECTION accept returns sent freight collect.

5.4. Refunds

Once the products have been received, LILCOLLECTION will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to send the required size if a change has been requested or will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase in case of return .

The term for reimbursement can range between 3 and 12 working days from when the return is received at the LILCOLLECTION store. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed via email.

The payment of the returned items will always be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.

In the event that LILCOLLECTION has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, LILCOLLECTION, once the error or defect has been verified, will pay the amount of the returned item and the shipping costs . In the event that an order with an error or defect is returned by ordinary postal mail, LILCOLLECTION will make the payment corresponding to the return transport as long as the client includes in the package the proof of the return costs.

5.5. Consumer goods garantee

In the event of a defective product, LILCOLLECTION will proceed accordingly to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer. LILCOLLECTION is responsible for the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer must inform LILCOLLECTION of the lack of conformity within two months of being aware of it, by contacting our Customer Service team. Once the consumer has duly informed LILCOLLECTION about the defective product, LILCOLLECTION may request the consumer to send the product back (LILCOLLECTION will reimburse the consumer for the corresponding shipping costs) in order to investigate the nature of the defect of the product before proceed to take further measures. LILCOLLECTION will not be responsible for the repair, replacement or termination of the contract during this period of time in the event of defects arising from the daily use of the garment, taking into account the life cycle of the product in question.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (to LILCOLLECTION, Carrer Sant Tomás, 4, 17800 Olot, Girona or to the email hola@lilcollection.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example , a letter sent by post, or email). To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

6.2. Consequences of withdrawal 

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to LILCOLLECTION, Carrer Sant Tomás, 4, Olot, Girona, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The shipping method must be managed by yourself. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

6.3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
